Who is Michael Carter?

Carter has been a resident of St. Charles County since 1994 and currently serves as the Municipal Judge of Wentzville Missouri.  He has taught marketing for the University of Missouri for the past 10 years.  Carter also serves as Arbitration Judge for the St. Louis Board of REALTORS

What Work Has Michael Done?

Michael has worked for the Missouri Attorney General's Office, Missouri Western District Court of Appeals, United States Senate, several major Missouri corporations, his family's law firm, and the University of Missouri (among other things).

Carter obtained his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia along with a Master's in Journalism.  His B.A. emphasized political science and philosophy.
